Supply Planning Manager EMEA - Remote

Overview

We are currently looking for a Supply Planning Manager to join our team in our award-winning business based remotely in the UK or Ireland or in Lucerne, Switzerland. This role involves overseeing supply plans, managing inventory, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely product availability.

In Short

• Oversee and manage detailed supply plans for product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts.
• Evaluate supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Implement best practices and new technologies in supply planning.
• Track and report on key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, production, and logistics.
• Oversee projects related to product launches and supply chain initiatives.
• Develop and mentor a team of supply chain planners.
• Provide actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
• At least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
