• Lead and optimize supply chain operations.
• Focus on strategic initiatives, distribution center planning, and capacity & replenishment planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Develop capacity planning models to support business growth.
• Enhance supplier collaboration and lead time management.
• Leverage data analytics for inventory turnover and demand accuracy.
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning required.
• Strong background in supply chain strategy and inventory optimization.
• Work 4 days a week in office & 1 day from home.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Strong background in supply chain strategy, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Expertise in Analytics (SQL, Python, Advanced Excel).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries preferred.
