In Short

• Support the execution of annual and mid-year compensation reviews and bonus cycles.
• Apply job evaluation logic and leveling frameworks for internal equity.
• Transform pay data into documentation and visual dashboards.
• Identify blockers in reward workflows and implement solutions.
• Partner with TA and HRBPs for benchmarking insights.
• Contribute to job families and grading structures development.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerBI.
• Ability to produce high-quality summaries of complex topics.
• Proactive self-starter with strong decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional alignment.
