Kabam is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to lead the development and management of our Total Rewards Program, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits while fostering a collaborative and fun culture.

Requirements

• Mentorship and coaching skills for team development.
• Ability to draft executive review materials.
• A post-secondary degree in HR or related field.
