Overview

The Total Rewards Specialist handles the day-to-day benefit administration and provides operational and analytical support to the Total Reward Team, ensuring high-level customer service and accuracy in employee benefits data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of benefits/HR administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel.
• Experience in HR database programs like UltiPro or Workday is helpful.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
