The Team Lead, Physician Talent Sourcing is responsible for overseeing team performance in recruitment functions, mentoring team members, and driving outcomes to attract top talent for the organization.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in HR, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
  • 1 year in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
  • Ability to analyze information and manage complex data.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification a plus.
