Overview

As a Lead Talent Sourcer for Nike’s Consumer x Marketplace (CxM) function, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and delivering top talent for Nike’s organization while contributing thought leadership to elevate overall sourcing practices.

• Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition Sourcing.
• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
• Drive best-in-class sourcing strategies.
• Engage and deliver top talent for key teams like Brand Marketing and Design.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies across multiple job families.
• Mentor and guide sourcers and lead sourcing strategy sessions.
• Provide ongoing reporting and data insights for hiring progress.

• Stay ahead of talent trends and optimize sourcing practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Strong experience sourcing for marketing, product, or consumer-centric roles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities and strong analytical skills.
• Experience leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM platforms.
• Ability to prioritize and thrive in ambiguity.
