As a Technical Sourcing Lead, you will play a critical role in building a world-class engineering and technology workforce by identifying and engaging top talent. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• 2+ years in a leadership position within a Sourcing Department.
• Proven track record in sourcing engineering and technology talent.
• Expertise in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and industry hiring trends.
• Experience using ATS and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
