Overview

The Service Team Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound customer service calls related to patient scheduling and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service while supporting the initiatives of the ChenMed family of companies.

Requirements

  • Experience in a call center or fast-paced medical setting preferred.
  • Ability to meet quality assurance standards.
  • Clear speaking voice in English is required.
  • Experience with web-based CRM systems.
