Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or care coordination.
  • Experience in home care or healthcare services preferred.
  • High-level verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Empathetic approach to working with seniors and families.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and scheduling systems.
  • Remote work experience preferred.
