We are expanding our remote team and looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy assisting others plan meaningful experiences. In this role, you will coordinate reservations for clients worldwide, including accommodations, cruises, activities, transportation, and special events.

  • Coordinate reservations for clients worldwide.
  • Create and manage personalized itineraries.
  • Research and coordinate reservations through multiple vendors.
  • Identify client preferences and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Requirements

  • Citizenship in the USA, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Smartphone with internet access (laptop or desktop is also recommended).
  • Organizational skills and customer service experience.
  • Hospitality or personal booking experience is a plus.
