Overview

The Junior Talent Sourcer at ScaleSource is responsible for actively sourcing candidates and maintaining a clean talent pipeline to support Recruiters in their hiring efforts.

In Short

• Fully remote position focused on talent sourcing.
• Work schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST).
• Salary range: USD $750 to 1000/month.
• Actively source candidates using various platforms.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial pre-screening.
• Maintain organized pipelines within the ATS.
• Collaborate with Recruiters on sourcing needs.
• Identify and manage candidate data hygiene.
• Support ad-hoc sourcing projects as needed.
• Ideal for proactive and detail-oriented individuals.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruiting coordination.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and basic Boolean search knowledge.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working inside an ATS.
• Able to manage multiple roles and pipelines at once.
