The Customer Service & Administrative Assistant role involves front-line ownership of customer interactions across multiple franchise locations while working remotely. The position is critical for ensuring organized and efficient communication and administrative workflows.

In Short

  • Own all customer communication channels including phone, email, SMS, and chat.
  • Manage appointments end-to-end including scheduling and reminders.
  • Maintain CRM/help desk systems with accurate notes and follow-ups.
  • Support franchise operations by handling routine administrative tasks.
  • Manage escalations and urgent scenarios with clear SOPs.
  • Respond quickly across all channels with minimal backlog.
  • Handle high daily volume of customer interactions effectively.
  • Ensure zero dropped conversations or appointments.
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with customers.
  • Show ownership and accountability in all tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing or administrative support roles.
  • Ability to handle 60+ customer interactions per day.
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM/help desk platforms.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Strong performance track record in customer service.
