SaaS Academy is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Talent Sourcer (LATAM) to support our Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• Based in LATAM with stable internet access.
• 6 months to 1 year of sourcing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Notion.
• Proficiency in English (C1 or C2).
• Proactive communicator with a strong work ethic.
• Interest in SaaS, recruitment, and startups.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Greenhouse or Slack.
