Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter.
• Deep experience partnering with talent acquisition teams.
• Experience sourcing candidates at leadership levels.
• Proven ability to source for a variety of roles.
• Background in using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Passion for diversity and inclusion.
• Creative methods for sourcing hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment.
