Overview

The Administrative Assistant - Speaker & Partner Support plays a key role in coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person speakers, ensuring smooth execution of events, and supporting the growth and management of our partner program.

In Short

  • Coordinate logistics for speaker engagements.
  • Manage speaker scheduling and contracts.
  • Provide pre-event and live-event support.
  • Assist in onboarding new partners and managing agreements.
  • Maintain partner database and track deliverables.
  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing.
  • Research and recommend new tools to improve efficiency.
  • Work remotely with a global team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite, especially spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • C1 or C2 proficiency in English.
  • Comfortable working from home with reliable internet.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Quick to learn new tools and workflows.
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS companies is a plus.
