Overview

The Administrative Support Specialist / Administrative Assistant provides confidential secretarial and administrative support services to the CEO/COO and other departments, ensuring effective communication and efficient administrative systems.

In Short

  • Provide secretarial support to the CEO/COO.
  • Maintain administrative systems and records.
  • Type letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain appointment diaries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform general clerical functions.
  • Coordinate work distribution within the department.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Perform routine bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of information.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Administrative Management or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a secretarial position.
  • Sound knowledge of office procedures and practices.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good reasoning and problem-solving skills.
