An experienced and results-driven Finance and Administration Manager is needed to lead financial operations and administrative functions across Latin America.

In Short

  • Oversee accounting operations including general ledger and payroll coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls.
  • Experience with Latin American financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setup.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
