Overview

We are a growing HR-Tech startup looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and number-oriented individual to take on the area of Administration & Finance.

In Short

  • You will be responsible for all Stripe and DATEV processes and Moss, ensuring clean, preparatory accounting.
  • You will create and maintain commission and controlling tables to keep track of revenue and cost developments.
  • You will manage expenses, including receipt management and evaluations.
  • You will be the central interface in communication with tax advisors, payroll, lawyers, and collection agencies.
  • You will ensure that the info@ mailbox is handled correctly and promptly by the assistant.
  • You will manage accesses and accounts and be the first point of contact for onboarding new employees.
  • You will organize workations, travel, and trade fair appearances for the entire team.
  • You will always keep an overview of all administrative and financial processes and ensure smooth operations in the background.

Requirements

  • First professional experience (at least 1 year) in accounting, controlling, or operations, ideally in a SaaS or tech startup.
  • Experience in team leadership or coordination is a plus but not a must.
  • Very good organizational skills and a structured, independent working style.
  • Reliability, initiative, and a sense of responsibility characterize you.
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment with high speed and direct impact.
  • Willingness to continuously develop professionally and personally.
