Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance and Administration Manager to lead the company's financial operations and administrative functions across Latin America. This role is responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls, while also managing administrative processes that support business operations.

In Short

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial and tax regulations.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and management reports.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Establish internal controls and financial policies.
  • Manage accounting systems and financial reporting platforms.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee administrative operations and vendor management.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members.
  • Support senior management with financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls.
  • Experience with Latin American financial regulations preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
