  • Manage the CEO's calendar, emails, and schedules.
  • Coordinate travel for the executive team.
  • Compile and submit expense reports as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Update and distribute job descriptions and performance review templates.
  • Manage the company’s psychometric assessment program.
  • Perform daily administrative support tasks.
  • Assist with IT administration tasks.
  • Attend internal company meetings virtually.
  • Coordinate company events and manage employee feedback programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience in HR processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT administration tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
