HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day technical functions of Human Resources and Recruitment, while also contributing to mid- to long-term strategic HR and recruitment initiatives for the company.

In Short

• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and internal company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and recruitment records.
• Manage employee relations and provide coaching and guidance.
• Lead engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, and timekeeping systems.
• Manage and maintain employee data within HR information systems (HRIS).
• Create and optimize HR processes and related SOPs.
• Support cross-functional operations and collaborate with various teams.
• Assist in strategic projects across HR, IT, and business operations.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on HR experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
