Overview

We’re looking for an HR Generalist who will oversee recruitment in the US and Bermuda and provide HR support across the US.

In Short

• Play a key role in recruitment for open requisitions.
• Oversee the full-life cycle recruitment process.
• Partner with HRBPs/managers on recruiting initiatives.
• Be the key contact for staffing agencies in the US & Bermuda.
• Enhance recruitment processes for efficiency.
• Manage the summer intern program.
• Work with Finance to manage the recruitment budget.
• Advise managers with general HR support.
• Ensure HR Policies comply with local laws.
• Participate in local or global HR projects.

Requirements

• Experience in full-life cycle corporate recruiting.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Experience with AI tools and innovative sourcing.
• Strong ability to manage multiple openings.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Knowledge of applicable laws for recruiting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Influential communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
