In Short

• Deliver comprehensive HR services and act as a strategic business partner.
• Manage client activities to create and develop strong business relationships.
• Conduct audits of HR, payroll, and benefits functions.
• Assist with client recruiting and candidate screening.
• Administer benefit plans including enrollments and changes.
• Manage employee relations and leave of absence.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee performance management processes.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Experience in employee relations and benefits administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• HR certification is a plus.
• Must be based in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones only.
