Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing team in executing day-to-day HR functions across various areas.

In Short

• Oversee recruitment processes including posting jobs and screening candidates.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding efforts.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Provide guidance on company policies and HR-related inquiries.
• Ensure a seamless employee experience across all touchpoints.
• Administer benefits programs and act as liaison with brokers/vendors.
• Support performance management processes.
• Maintain and audit HR documentation and personnel files.
• Generate reports and support HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws.
