HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist provides essential day-to-day support across a broad range of human resources functions. This role serves as one point of contact for employees at all levels and acts as an operational partner to the HR Manager.

In Short

• Post job openings and maintain records in the ATS.
• Conduct candidate screening calls.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding processes.
• Serve as a resource for benefits enrollment and inquiries.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS.
• Support compliance efforts and respond to verification requests.
• Assist in employee recognition programs and engagement activities.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Exercise sound judgment with confidential information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
