HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support the day-to-day execution of our People Operations function. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional employee experience across the full lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and cultural engagement in a fast-growing, fully remote organization.

In Short

• Execute onboarding and offboarding logistics.
• Maintain HR platforms and employee files.
• Support HR compliance processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits questions.
• Support parental leave administration.
• Ensure accurate payroll adjustments.
• Coordinate remote team-bonding events.
• Build strong working relationships across teams.
• Support performance review cycles and engagement surveys.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Process Obsessed with strong organizational skills.
• Tech Savvy, experience with HRIS platforms.
• High Empathy & Discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Agility in fast-paced environments.
• Mission-Driven with interest in pediatric mental health.
