Overview

InStride is seeking an Accelerator Design and Development Director to lead the design and scaling of innovative learning programs that drive workforce capability through applied learning and technology.

Requirements

• 10+ years in learning design or corporate education.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience with enterprise clients and academic institutions.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning design.
• Experience managing instructional design teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
