Director of Design & Development - Remote

Overview

As Director of Design & Development, your mission is to lead the execution of world-class amenity spaces within commercial office buildings across the country, guiding the design strategy from concept to completion.

In Short

• Lead the design development process from concept through construction.
• Serve as the primary design point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Create and manage design documentation and standards.
• Collaborate with external architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards and operational feasibility.
• 6–10 years of experience in interior design or architecture required.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit preferred.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual vision and technical precision.
• Experience in sourcing and specifying FF&E.

• Deep understanding of spatial planning and building codes.

• Detail-oriented with strong design integrity.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-phase projects.
