HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, responsive HR support across the organization. This position serves as a trusted resource to managers and employees, managing a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, HR systems, compliance, performance management support, and policy administration.

In Short

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
• Key contributor to HRIS configuration and maintenance.
• Support total rewards processes, including compensation administration.
• Ensure HR operational excellence and compliance.
• Provide consultative guidance to managers on HR policies.
• Generate and analyze HR reports and data insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements in HR operations.
• Backup support for payroll processing as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on benefits administration experience.
• Experience working within HRIS platforms; UKG Ready preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Self-directed and proactive.
