Product Trainer - Remote

Overview

The Product Trainer at Lumin Digital is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training programs that enable financial institutions to fully adopt and succeed with Lumin’s digital banking platform. This role designs curriculum, delivers virtual and in-person training, and collaborates across Product, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless learning experience for clients.

• Design and maintain client-facing training content.
• Deliver training sessions via virtual classrooms or onsite engagements.
• Develop and manage a scalable training schedule.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Implementation teams.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and improve curriculum.
• Track and report training metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
• Support internal enablement initiatives.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Minimal travel required (12 days or less per year).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in product training or client education.
• 3-5 years of experience in banking, FinTech, or SaaS.
• Success in delivering client-facing training for technical products.
• Experience developing scalable training assets for adult learners.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex workflows into learner-friendly content.
• Organized and proactive in managing priorities.
• Comfortable using productivity and virtual communication tools.
