Overview

The Sales Executive drives new revenue growth for Lumin Digital by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the digital banking and fintech markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Experience in digital banking or fintech markets.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time.
