Overview

The Sales Executive will focus on generating new enterprise Voice & SMS opportunities within the LATAM market, developing strategies to create and pursue business opportunities.

  • Identify, strategize, pursue, and create new business opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team on strategies.
  • Transition converted opportunities to the account management team.
  • Liaise with marketing to create effective marketing strategies.
  • Become a subject matter expert on IDT’s products and services.
  • Utilize CRM applications for managing sales processes.
  • Prioritize customer experience in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS/Telecom.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales stages.
  • Self-motivated to drive metrics and results.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
