Overview

The Senior Customer Lifecycle Analyst will support our marketing department’s industry-leading performance by being a technical expert and strategic guide.

In Short

  • Become a systems expert in the marketing technology stack (Braze, Amplitude, data warehouse).
  • Help the marketing team understand campaign implementation, data requirements, and technical setups.
  • Build and maintain dynamic customer attributes, events, and cohorts.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve segmentation and reporting.
  • Drive “next best offer” strategies based on customer segmentation.
  • Identify churn drivers and implement retention strategies.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track campaign KPIs.
  • Leverage data from multiple sources for reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Advanced English.
  • Academic background in a quantitative or related field.
  • Experience with Amplitude or Braze.
  • A/B and multivariate testing experience.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of Tableau.
