Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Lumin Digital is looking for a Product Designer to join our cross-functional team. In this role, you’ll collaborate across a range of product areas, contributing to important initiatives alongside senior and lead designers while taking ownership of more targeted design projects.

In Short

• Collaborate with senior and lead designers on strategic initiatives.
• Take ownership of scoped design projects from exploration to execution.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers.
• Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
• Participate in user research and incorporate insights into work.
• Present designs and respond to feedback thoughtfully.
• Contribute to a consistent, high-quality design system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
• Minimal travel, generally 12 days or less per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant product design experience.
• Experience designing digital product experiences.
• Experience with design systems.
• Portfolio showcasing real-world product work required.
• Strong visual design craft and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Illustration skills and fintech experience are a plus.
• Curiosity about AI in design workflows is a plus.
