Product Designer - Remote

TimeZest makes it easy for end users to schedule appointments with IT service providers. Since launching in 2019, TimeZest has grown rapidly and is now a critical piece of software used by over 1,000 businesses.

We’ve been a remote-only company from day one, with 22 great people spread across Europe, Asia, and the United States. We maintain a relaxed working environment, using just enough process to stay efficient. We’re bootstrapped, profitable, and focused on building software our customers love.

In Short

• Own the product design function - take responsibility for the UI and UX direction of TimeZest
• Evolve our design system and component library, ensuring consistency and scalability as the product grows
• Design end-to-end user experiences - from discovery and wireframes through to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to take features from concept to production
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and inform product decisions
• Shape AI-enhanced experiences - help design user experiences that integrate AI assistance and intelligent workflows responsibly and effectively
• Maintain well-organized Figma files that enable seamless handoff to engineering

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design skills and thoughtful UX solutions
• Deep expertise with Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and design tokens
• Experience with prototyping tools (Figma prototyping, Framer, Principle, or similar)
• A track record of building and maintaining design systems
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within a fully remote, async-friendly team
