In Short

• Ownership of training products, including communication with commercial coordinators, ensuring product effectiveness, etc.
• Support in the training and development of investment advisors.
• Develop materials and content for training.
• Contribute to the growth and development of commercial teams, aligning objectives with XP's goals.
