Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineering Coordinator to lead our back-end team focused on authentication, digital identity, and fraud prevention solutions. This strategic position ensures the security of our clients' digital journeys, directly involved in building and evolving critical systems like identity servers, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and anti-fraud mechanisms.

In Short

• Lead and develop a team of back-end software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Plan and execute complex technology projects, ensuring quality deliveries aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a point of contact between the technical team and stakeholders, translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure the implementation of good practices in secure development, especially in authentication and identity systems.
• Drive technological transformation initiatives, promoting modernization and scalability of existing solutions.
• Continuously monitor and improve fraud prevention systems in partnership with security and risk areas.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a solid background in back-end.
• Deep experience with Microsoft platform and .NET.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of authentication protocols (especially OAuth 2.0) and digital identity systems.
• Experience in high-security environments, focusing on fraud prevention and protection of sensitive data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align multidisciplinary teams.
• Reside in São Paulo or metropolitan area, with availability for hybrid work (3 times a week in the office).
