Overview

Mediavine is seeking an Engineering & Product Coordinator to join our growing Engineering department.

In Short

• Support Engineering & Product Departments with organization and communication.
• Manage schedules and anticipate potential conflicts.
• Track and guide project progress and action items.
• Prepare meeting materials and take organized notes.
• Coordinate team building events and retreats.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and scheduling meetings.
• Manage travel arrangements for department heads.
• Submit expense reports for department heads.
• Collaborate with Executive Assistants across departments.
• Availability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
