This opportunity is to be part of the Advisor Services | Academy, which aims to train and enhance the performance of investment advisors by disseminating best practices in prospecting and relationship management. This is a team passionate about financial planning, commercial techniques, and sharing knowledge. You will excel if you enjoy training, speaking publicly with energy, implementing productivity projects, and engaging with various stakeholders clearly and objectively.

In Short

• Ownership of training products, including communication with commercial coordinators, ensuring product effectiveness, etc.
• Support in the training and capacity building of investment advisors.
• Develop materials and content for training sessions.

Requirements

• Experience in the financial market.
• Previous experience as a supervisor or commercial coordinator.
• Deep understanding of the commercial process and leadership rituals (performance management, PDI, 1:1, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
