Overview

The Training Coordinator will design and deliver professional development initiatives for teachers and administrators as part of Khan Academy's government programs in India.

In Short

• Design and deliver capacity-building initiatives for partner programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training program design and delivery.
• Fluency in Odia and English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Additional language proficiency in Hindi preferred.
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Passion for education and a desire to make an impact.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a tolerance for ambiguity.
