Overview

The Senior Training Coordinator provides administrative and tactical support to Learning & Development operations, facilitating and producing specific learning experiences.

In Short

  • Coordinate and execute training logistics.
  • Manage enrollments and attendance in the LMS.
  • Organize training materials and environments.
  • Track compliance and maintain training records.
  • Analyze and report financial data related to training.
  • Support administrative activities with vendors.
  • Facilitate new hire activities and specific learning programs.
  • Ensure completion of pre- and post-class work.
  • Run regular and ad hoc reports from the LMS.
  • Build alliances with leadership and vendors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in Learning & Development.
  • Experience with LMS Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Preferred experience as a learning & development coordinator.
  • Prior corporate business experience.
  • Learning facilitation experience.
