Analyst Customer Projects - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing structure and organization throughout the lifecycle of customer projects, ensuring solutions meet customer needs while collaborating with internal teams.

In Short

• Manage 3PL inventory and ensure accurate tracking of products.
• Monitor backorders and product recalls.
• Coordinate product conversions and new item introductions.
• Analyze purchase order patterns to reduce unnecessary orders.
• Manage large supply conversion projects with defined objectives.
• Develop scalable processes for resolving misalignments.
• Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights.
• Create Excel dashboards for tracking product usage and vendor performance.
• Act as the liaison between clinical teams and supply chain.
• Coordinate staff training for new product rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 years of project management or healthcare supply chain experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
