Overview

The project analyst is responsible for running projects related to New Product Development (NPD) process, new part release, product data structure, product master data management, tools, and operational efficiency globally for the company.

In Short

  • Support standardized project management rigor on global product development related projects.
  • Responsible for timely and successful implementation of global projects.
  • Support tools for project tracking and cross country, cross functional collaboration.
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to outstanding projects.
  • Assist with new product rollouts and coordinate communications internally.
  • Coordinate training sessions for end-users and support teams.
  • Manage KPIs for project status and progress, and launch success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in automotive aftermarket or industrial distribution.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and project tracking.
  • Familiarity with automotive aftermarket or adjacent sectors preferred.
  • Knowledge of product and catalog management tools.
  • Strong work ethic, self-driven, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with ERP, PIM, ACES/PIES, and TecDoc.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data analytics.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
