Are you a data-savvy, commercially astute demand planner ready to make a global impact? Join WAI Global—a dynamic leader in the automotive aftermarket industry with customers in 100+ countries. We're looking for an agile and analytical Demand Planner to forecast demand across a broad portfolio of Aftermarket parts, including newly acquired product lines.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain item-level forecasts using Logility and advanced Excel models.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Contribute to the monthly S&OP process with forecast insights.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance customer service and cost.
  • Monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy and service levels.
  • Support new product introductions and phase-outs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with forecasting software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
