Demand Planner - Remote

Overview

As a Demand Planner at Thrive Market, you will support the forecasting process and improve demand accuracy to ensure access to organic and non-GMO products for American households.

In Short

• Maintain SKU-level forecasts based on member trends and marketing activities.
• Support demand model optimization for accuracy.
• Track KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
• Assist in planning inventory strategies for products.
• Contribute to the improvement of planning tools and processes.
• Share updates and insights in team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in demand planning or data-driven analytical roles.
• Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with forecasting tools like Anaplan is a plus.
• Strong communicator and team player.
