Demand Planner - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a proactive and analytical Demand Planner to support the implementation and evolution of our Single Integrated Operations Plan (SIOP) process. This role will be critical in driving accurate, data-informed demand forecasts that align commercial insights with operational execution. You'll enable better decision-making across sales, supply chain, and production by delivering forecast visibility, scenario modeling, and customer-aligned planning.

In Short

• Develop and maintain a rolling 90-day demand forecast.
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends.
• Integrate account-level planning into the forecasting model.
• Use PowerBI, Excel, and ERP data for visualization.
• Lead weekly SIOP meetings to present forecast assumptions.
• Align with Sales and Operations for integrated demand plans.
• Drive improvements to forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
• Work cross-functionally to link demand planning with supply.
• Support the automation of demand planning processes.
• Track and report on forecast accuracy and variances.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain.
• Expertise in data analysis and forecasting tools.
• Strong understanding of SIOP principles.
• Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
