Demand Planner - Remote

Overview

The Demand Planner will manage forecasts for products and customers, utilizing analytical techniques to develop sales forecasts and engage in Sales and Operations Planning processes.

• Manage key account forecasts and present during S&OP process.
• Drive collaboration with Business Units through S&OP processes.
• Achieve forecast accuracy targets and conduct performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain new product launch forecasts.
• Participate in innovative demand planning projects.
• Identify improvements to forecast accuracy using statistical models.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
• Utilize advanced Excel and data visualization software.
• Communicate effectively with management and sales teams.
• Adapt quickly to changes and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in demand planning or sales analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with data visualization software preferred.
• Basic knowledge of business math concepts.
• Strong analytical and database skills.
• Ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with urgency.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
