Overview

Nanit is seeking a strategic, analytical Demand Planner to help drive our wholesale and direct-to-consumer business.

In Short

• Develop and refine accurate demand forecasts across all sales channels.
• Lead the monthly demand forecasting process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights.
• Manage the demand planning process and communicate results.
• Develop inventory strategies with Supply Chain.
• Monitor KPIs related to forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to demand planning best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of experience in demand planning.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Proven track record of process improvements.
• Calm under pressure with strong analytical skills.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
