• Join Fender as a Demand Planner.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for supply and demand.
• Work independently to build and maintain service levels within the Supply Chain.
• Foster relationships with partners and third-party warehouses.
• Lead improvement projects within Planning and Supply Chain.
• Balance demand with supply while keeping within inventory targets.
• Manage supply issues and develop alternative plans.
• Monitor trends in customer orders against forecasts.
• Support the monthly SIOP process.
• Requires a visit to the East Grinstead office once per month.

Requirements

• Graduate calibre with proven experience in Demand Planning and/or Inventory Planning.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience with Amazon and BTC is a plus.
• Familiarity with Data Science techniques is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Logility or similar planning software.
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office experience.
• Commercial and financial awareness.
• A self-starter with analytical skills.
• Ability to develop tools and processes for data analysis.
• Strong communication skills across multiple organizational layers.
